- VBVince BurgherSep 11, 20261.0As a longterm customer of FNB, and a high net worth individual - I have never been treated so unprofessionally and attempted to be humiliated by the Branch Representative in front of my daughter. This branch discriminated against my appearance, called 3 branches to see if anyone knew me, called my phone from the desk to validate it was me and refused to initiate a wire after I provided all IDs/SSN/Acct#/phone/etc... I was told no one knows you at these branches, which is irrelevant and unnecessary. FNB needs to take action and fire these employees who are ruining their reputation and discriminate against based on appearance. Disgrace
