  This is the worst bank ever! I went to the branch by Dulles Town Center mall and was told they don't carry cash. What kind of bank doesn't carry cash. Ridiculous! So they told me to go to the branch on Rt 7 in Sterling and they didn't have enough cash to cover the check and said it would take three business days for the cash to come in and they wanted to charge me 2% fee to cash a check that came from their bank. Are they crazy??? Horrible customer service and manager was terrible! Will never step foot in there again! And after reading all of the other reviews, everybody else feels the same. Bank of America is a fabulous bank and that is my bank!

  I am representing a big retail company and depositing every week big amount of money. One at Wells Fargo and one here at PNC. I finish with Wells Fargo in few minutes because the do special treat for business. But here at pnc. Always took me ever. Am thinking to move both accounts to wells Fargo to get out of stress of waiting in this long driveway line

  This is the worst branch I’ve ever been to in the history of banks!!! Not just PNC but every bank I’ve ever been to. Beyond horrible customer service. The first time I went there I wasn’t greeted or nothing. I had to look for someone to figure out who can help me. I ask a guy who was sitting in an office and he pointed to the teller. Can’t tell you the teller’s name because his name tag was in his pocket. So I walk up with a hello and a smile and he didn’t even bother to greet me back or even make eye contact. Went straight to, how can I help you? I told him I needed some checks. He gets me my checks and I leave. Only to find out later that I was charged $1.50 per check. Paying is not the problem, but had the guy bothered to inform me, then I wouldn’t have gotten that many. I called the 1800# and they took care of it. So now we all know for next time. The next visit I used the drive through. The way they have the drive through set up is by camera, not window. And with my luck, I see the same teller through the monitor. So I was just sitting there waiting to be acknowledged, and nothing. Finally I pushed the call button to grab his attention. And he answers with an annoyed YES!!! I swear, it took everything in me not to punch that monitor in the face!!!

  Charged $10 fee to cash payroll check from their own bank. When trying to open an account they told me I had a security freeze by credit agency and upon checking with agency there was no such freeze. This bank is a continuing hassle for everything.
