I am non-member went to cash my check & my teller Reggie was great but the teller next to him was rude & keep inserting her self into my transaction. I would not recommend this bank because the manger was right there & said nothing to the employee & never tried to calm the situation.

India is unprofessional and ghetto. Poor attitude! It’s not what you say it’s how you say it.
I drove 2 hrs there after calling ahead of time and being notified it was okay to come in. Unfortunately I found out that they have their phone going straight to customer service. When I arrived I had to walk around the whole bank because there was no one at the front, after 5 mins of searching I found India making her something to snack on. She greeted me with “oh there’s nobody up there” and instead of just helping me she first went around to see where the other person was at. She asked me for proof that I called as if I was lying about that (which I had in my call log) and then continued tell me she still can’t help me after prove. She seemed as if she hated her job and didn’t care how she was treating customers. Thankfully I found another branch that gave me a wonderful experience and is happy to help me.
