- NZNariman ZahediJul 24, 20261.0I don’t have an account with PNC but I went to cash a PNC check. Printed and from Progressive. Guy looked at the check up and down, read all little writings on the check like it was a stolen check. Then 5 minutes into me standing in front if him he ask “are you have a good day today?” It took this crook 10 minutes just to tell me I have to pay $35 to get a PNC check cashed. I understand if it was Western Union or Check Cash place. I do remember PNC had lawsuits for all these nonsense fees they charge but $35 to cash your own check is unheard of and it’s nothing but thievery!!! Then he has the audacity to ask me open an account there lmfao Horrible bank and horrible service. Stay away from PNC.

Corey, Ben, and Karin at the PNC Bank Office in Reston, VA were Amazing in patiently deliver a full solution for me. It was a complicated problem to solve, and they stayed an hour after the 5pm closing time to make sure it was completed. I felt So much better after they were able to solve it for me. Thanks!
- XXX XxDec 16, 20252.0Not a full service bank liked I was lead to believe when looking online. This is purely a consulting bank, all deposits/withdrawals are through ATM only.
- MOmikaela oconnorJan 21, 20251.0First time here it took them just under 2 hours to deposit a personal check and gain me access to my PNC banking app. Second time came to simply close out my single checking account and it took them over an hour. I would encourage you to bank literally ANYWHERE else.
