- WTWilliam ThomasJan 31, 20251.0I have a 13 month CD with South State Bank which they can't locate in their files after calling the call center and local branch. I had a question about my 1099 tax form for 2024 which they can't answer since they can't locate my file---Unbeliever. Also, the call center person was very rude. Beware in dealing with this bank.
- TTTiffanySep 11, 20241.0Long but necessary review Extremely rude and slow, 12 minutes to simply cash a check and when I asked to use the bathroom she snubbed me and said it was only for the customers only; then I said I was paying $8 to get my check cashed doesn't that make me a customer? She then changed and said it was for the employees only that is was a private bathroom. Now I understand why I was the only customer in the building, HIGHLY do not recommend.
