- OOOsakaJul 21, 20261.0Megan is most horrible person to even walk this earth. She laughed in my face when I told her I couldn't access my account due to my personal i.d. belongings being stolen. Then told me to walk out after she lied and said she couldn't help me. What a coincidence how God hates ugly people inside and out. He will humble you sooner then later.

It turns out this was a known issue all morning, and I was forced to leave for a different branch. What should have been a 10 minute easy task turned into more than 1.5 hours. We all understand that things happen, but the customer service was very disappointing from not notifying me of the known internet outage before I took time off of work/left work for the appointment, casually asking me to reschedule to come back in "next week", not ensuring an appointment time at the other PNC branch to make up for this situation, and general laissez faire attitude toward the entire situation.

I asked if it was possible to get a printout of a statement and a transaction summary that my lender needs and she replied “they probably want the most recent” (which is correct) but when I agreed and basically confirmed with her that I do need it for April, she found the need to respond “well that would be the most recent”. I hope that made you feel better. Please work on your customer service skills since it is apart of your job answering the phones!
