    I am a long time customer with this bank and do a lot of internal banking with different issues and today Friday there is a full house waiting for a Consultant and I'm looking around as If somone will offer a chair instead they ignored the fact people are standing while several chairs are unattended not caring if we have a condition or not, very inconsiderate and rude behavior of an establishment such as a bank.

    Although I thought his name was Lionel over the phone,, lol, met Mr Ryan in person when I got to the bank for my new card 💞 with the wonderful help from Miss Miranda. Ms Joanne was an exceptional helper answering so many of my questions well patiently 😁

    Banker Tara reprinted my debit card without me asking for it. This stopped my current card from working. She asked when could I come and pick it up. I requested that they allow my husband to pick the card up as he is a JOINT owner on the account with his own card already. She told me they do not allow that even though it was strictly her fault. I think it’s ridiculous that PNC wanted to drag me and my infant out in the middle of a pandemic to pick up a debit card they reprinted in error. Do not touch customer’s account if they have not called you and asked for assistance. When your employees make mistakes you should work with the customers to resolve them.
