    I wish I could leave less than a star. I hate coming here because it’s always something. I’ve been here for over an hour and still haven’t been helped. The service has been extremely slow and frustrating. Employees are spending a significant amount of time having personal conversations with customers while other customers are waiting to be assisted. This comes across as very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. I understand that things can get busy, but waiting over an hour without being helped while employees are engaged in personal conversations is unacceptable. I hope management addresses the customer service and professionalism at this location.

    I am a long time customer with this bank and do a lot of internal banking with different issues and today Friday there is a full house waiting for a Consultant and I'm looking around as If somone will offer a chair instead they ignored the fact people are standing while several chairs are unattended not caring if we have a condition or not, very inconsiderate and rude behavior of an establishment such as a bank.

    Although I thought his name was Lionel over the phone,, lol, met Mr Ryan in person when I got to the bank for my new card 💞 with the wonderful help from Miss Miranda. Ms Joanne was an exceptional helper answering so many of my questions well patiently 😁

    Great Customer Service David is wonderful he is patient and very nice. The whole Staff is really nice and helpful at the Millitary Highway in Virginia
