The lady manager at this branch was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I simply asked the teller to separate the checks in my deposit, and the manager spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. What made the situation even worse was that she told me not to come to this branch again. I have never experienced customer service like this at any bank before. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of their request. This experience was very disappointing and left a negative impression of this branch.

I hate going to this PNC branch. I normally have a fairly decent experience but today was terrible. Staff member was rude, gave incorrect information, and provided no value. I wasted 40 minutes there and left with no support.
