The manager Papa, she helped me open a new bussiness account for my hair shop, and clover, making my life easier! And the teller line Rahman is always professional, helpful and goes above and beyond to help me with my transactions. This is my favorite bank. And theres always someone at the door opening and welcoming me with a warm welcome. 10/10 service everytime thank you PNC. Im very excited they told me they will visit my barber shop to help me other employees also.

- ARAniket RaiJul 11, 20265.0Love the employees here, but there is little privacy because the offices aren't fully soundproofed. If someone starts to raise their voice, everyone in the lobby will hear exactly what's happening at the desks. I recently witnessed a customer with crutches making a massive scene and demanding the staff bend policies for her. On her way out, she completely refused to be helped by an older female employee who was just trying to be polite and open the door for her, taking her anger out on her instead. The staff and manager were incredibly patient, but I've seen people go crazy on these employees before. Corporate needs to hire a security person to protect these workers and consider changing the some of the offices for better privacy

Tasneem Malik was the representative who helped us, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, patient, and extremely thorough in explaining all the account details and guiding us through the process. She made sure we understood every step and didn't make us feel rushed at all. She was also very attentive to our questions about online banking and the safe deposit box availability.
