  By far the worst PNC or banking branch in general I’ve ever been to. Been a PNC customer for 15+ years but this branch is awful. It is soo poorly run I can’t believe it every time I’m there. Over 10+ times this year alone I’ve been there for a simple withdrawal and it takes 20+ minutes to get help. There’s no tellers, just one person dealing with all deposits/withdrawals. Every single time. There are many other employees there, they just hide in their cubicles by themselves without assisting. Please I’m begging you PNC to change the management at this location. Just today there was a line of customers complaining of the same thing every time they visit this branch so I’m know I’m not alone. When I asked for the manager they sent out a new trainee to talk to everyone. That alone says all you need to know about who’s holding who accountable. Please make a change.

  Absolutely horrible service from PNC Bank. For three consecutive days, I have tried to withdraw money from my account, and every time I was told the machines were not working. The only response I received was, "We're sorry." Sorry doesn't help me run my business. Sorry doesn't pay my bills. Sorry doesn't give me access to my own money. I don't understand how a bank can have ongoing machine issues for three days and expect customers to simply accept it. This is your equipment and your system failure—what does that have to do with me as a customer? I should be able to access my funds when I need them. What's even more frustrating is that no one offered a real solution. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Just another apology and another excuse. Unfortunately, this is not the first issue I've had with PNC Bank. There have been numerous problems over the years, and this situation was the last straw for me. When customers can't access their own money for days and the bank's response is simply "sorry," something is seriously wrong. Very disappointed. I expected much better from a major bank. Im close all 5 account with this bank

  This is my first experience at this bank. I had some complicated issues and I have to say Ajay Verma was very helpful. He was very patient and understanding. Great to have a helpful and kind banker on my side. Thank you Ajay!!!

  This PNC Bank is very friendly and approachable. Ajay Verma helped my sister and I with our accounts and to update anything that was needed. We came back the next day because we didn’t have the necessary documents to create my sister’s account. However, we were given coffee and the customer service from him was phenomenal! We would come back here for any of our financial needs. This is one of the better PNC branches and they prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.
