The young lady who helped me ( Michelle P.) was so helpful ,knowledgeable and so to my special needs daughter. I had gone to 3 different banks that were cold and indifferent (including the bank I have banked with over 30 years😒).The teller Gabby was so helpful too. This bank has just a nice, friendly, helpful vibe!!!!!

- TDTara DatzAug 8, 20221.0I will be closing my account with PNC after being a client for 11 years. My account had fraudulent activity as my debit card and check book were stolen from me. I called and asked to freeze the account and was told I had to go into a PNC location. I was advised to go Saturday before 2pm (I live over 1.5 from a pnc location) I drive all the way up to the 5436 patriot hwy branch to be told they can’t see me. The lady I talked to said “the people on the phone don’t know what they’re talking about, we’re very understaffed and can’t see you today”. I asked if they could freeze the account, she said no. I asked if I could close the account she said no. So I called Bank of America which is 4 mins from this location. They also close at 2pm and this was now about 1pm. They were able to see me immediately and open a new account with no questions asked. Oh, and when I went back to withdraw everything from the account, she was sitting in her office doing absolutely nothing with not a single client in the building.
