  I’ve been coming to this PNC Bank location on S Jefferson Street for over a year now, and I can genuinely say that the customer service here has always been excellent. One thing I really appreciate is how welcoming everyone is. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with a smile, and someone is usually there to ask if there’s anything they can help you with. Even when you’re waiting in line, the staff make an effort to acknowledge you and make you feel welcome rather than just leaving you standing there. The bankers and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to take the time to answer questions or help resolve any issues. What stands out to me the most is that they don’t make you feel rushed. They actually listen, understand what you need, and do their best to make sure you leave satisfied. After banking here for over a year, I can say that the consistency in their customer service is what keeps me coming back. It’s not always easy to find a bank where you feel genuinely valued as a customer, but this location does a great job of making that happen. I truly appreciate the entire team and the way they treat their customers. I highly recommend this PNC Bank location to anyone looking for friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great banking experience. Keep up the great work

  Excellent service. They expedited my currency exchange before I visited Europe. Called me when it was ready to pick up just before my flight. AND this is the only establishment in the entire shopping center with bike racks. I’m a loyal happy customer.

  Best expérience ever with this branch banker Hadeel Nour who took time to open a new account for my son who is going to bé a student. She listened patiently to our needs and was able to provide the service, products and advices we needed with All a positive attitude and smile.

  Hadeel Nour was my banker, truly an amazing person. She helped me every step of the way and was incredibly kind and helpful with the process of making my account and managing them. The service definitely made my day and I cannot recommend anyone more at this bank. Give this lady a raise!!
