  This location they seem nice but they have no knowledge of what they are doing. Branch manager, Mehrnoush Rednia, doesnt know anything about their system. I just wanted add a dba name to my existing account and asked her what she needs from me. She said just the trade name cert. I provide and one week nothing back. I followed up the she bothered to look into it and told me she needs a trade name renewal paper, I provide right away. Then she comes back and ask me to write a letter and I asked what kind of letter she needs. She just said a letter indicates i want to add a trade name and my signature, nothing specific, which I provide right away. Another week goes and nothing from her so I called in again, then she bothered to check and got back to me “ They were unable to process my request at that time”. And she add a picture under showing what the underwriter wanted: A letter needed to be certain way- which she told me there were none specifics, and an operating agreement she never requested. In the email no apology wasting all this time, and no suggestion what to do. Sent an email what to do to get this going and no response. Then I went in branch And when I confronted her, again no apology she said she just dorsnt know and need to ask them. Such incompetent branch manager, has no knowledge, or will to do her job.

  I worked with Mehrnoush to open my business account here. She was extremely patient and helpful getting me set up with what i need for my business. She was extremely focused in solving some particular challenges I had - thanks to her I’m finally set up the way I hoped to be.

  Was there for deposit and some changes. Deposit was ok but when it comes to changes, they don't have enough. They can't provide more than $200 in $1. Not enough changes for small business. Small business relies on these changes to have steady flow of changes and I hope most people will agree. Also, the end of the week, it going right back to same bank. I had to drive to another bank for changes so from next time I am ok to drive to another location which is 20-25 minutes far than to go here which is within 5 minutes.

  This bank is so great! Great staff that are always very friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. They are prompt and so efficient. If you are a PNC customer, they are the best branch around!

  I have been to other branches of PNC and love it. This one, NEVER AGAIN. I waited for over a half an hour to simply take out a deposit...AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN BRANCH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE UNLESS YOUR USING AN ATM!!!
