  Not sure why this bank is rated so low and it definitely deserves a better rating than what it has. It was renovated in the near past so it looks nice inside. Also, the customer service was excellent. I had Cesar assist me during my time at the bank. He was both kind and respectful the whole time. He also helped me with what I needed quickly and efficiently. No complaints at all.

His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction are a huge asset to PNC Bank. Employees like Vincent are the reason I remain a loyal customer.

  They should just choose this branch. Can only use ATM for transactions.

  Customer services at this location is horrible. I have been with PNC for 9+ years and never had a problem till today. I couldn’t deposit a check online so I went in to the bank to deposit it quickly on my break. And Wendy Chavez the representative refused to deposit my check because I only had my ID and didn’t have my debit card also. She refused to me give any information on my account without both my Driver license and debit card. I had never had a bank refused service with just my ID. I will be closing my account after this coming pay period. I will go to a bank that appreciate my services. Thank you Wendy Chavez for refusing to give me service because I didn’t have my debit card on hand.
