    I appreciate this credit union’s service to the community. I did notice that the American flag outside is damaged and may need replacing. I’m sure this was unintentional and wanted to let you know.

    My experience with this branch has been nothing but exceptional. I specifically have dealt with Annette Colon. She is truly one of a kind. She really likes helping and believes in customer service and the values of Homebase. She helped me get my account straight and assisted me with applying for a loan. All of this took place during the recent system upgrade. The branch was busy and everyone was learning but she and her peers kept a cool head and assisted everyone with a smile. I haven't used this account in a while but Annette has helped me to see what's important about a credit union / bank.
