I've had some time-consuming banking over the last few months and am always pleased with the extent of the help and information I'm given. Ramon's expertise and willingness to dive in to help me know my options for a deferred annuity, or to compare financing options for a new car purchase (even if the outcome wasn't for PNC this time!), and to generally advocate for my best financial interest is unmatched in the 20+ years I've lived in Hampton Roads.
- NENext Level Tennis And EducationJul 7, 20261.0Ramon, the branch manager is not customer oriented and doesn’t know bank policies. This is my third encounter with him and all 3 times he never knows the rules and never is helpful or useful. The other 2 instances that I have had to deal with him, he was proven wrong and I let them go because I didn’t have time to do what I’m doing now, write a review and give them a low rating. 6 months ago I came to the Greenbrier branch to get my will notarized without any issues or questions. This instance, today, I called in to see if the notary was available for another will notarization. They put him on the phone saying that PNC doesn’t do that. I told him that I came in months ago and it was done. He basically called me a liar and said that PNC doesn’t do that. If it wasn’t for the relationship that I have established with my home account in Washington, DC, I would be closing my PNC account.

PNC is the most chaotic, unorganized, pushy bank I’ve ever dealt with. Any branch I walk into it seems like no one knows what they’re doing.
