If we were not required to use PNC Bank under our parent business contract, we would close our accounts immediately. If you are a business owner, any other banking option is a better option than PNC Bank, and very specifically the Hilltop branch. Also, lack of online banking services and easy money transfer options like Zelle, are poor business planning decisions.
