They’re friendly, professional, and efficient. Points for Erica, who helped me today, reminding me how smooth my transactions always are here.
- SBS BSep 4, 20261.0⭐ Looking for a 0-star option. Ineffective tellers and an incredibly unprofessional, unproductive experience. I used the drive-thru video teller at this 825 N Washington St location to withdraw $. The entire reason customers use the drive-thru is so they don't have to go inside. I gave the first teller my request, my debit card, my ID, and the completed withdrawal slip. Instead of finishing the transaction, a second teller randomly took over the screen. She completely ignored everything I had just done, told me she thought I was coming inside, and demanded I resubmit my ID and card all over again. The lack of internal communication is unacceptable, and the staff showed zero care or basic customer service when I cancelled the transaction out of sheer frustration. They wasted my time, for absolutely nothing, ruining my afternoon plans. This branch needs better training on workflow, attentiveness, and data handling. Avoid this location if you value your time.

I have never looked forward to coming to the bank more than when I get to see these three!
