She took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and even encouraged me to consider switching my account to the new Gold Account, along with other helpful recommendations. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a very positive impression on me. Gilda is an excellent representative of the bank, and I believe her dedication and customer service deserve to be recognized.
