She was very pleasant and really took the time to go over everything with us. We had our account switched to a gold account after she explained everything. Noone else has ever taken the time to help us like she did. In addition she is assisting my wife with obtaining a credit card in her name only in case something should ever happen to me as I am older than my wife. We are more than pleased with Kimberly's service, she gave us the type of customer service that unfortunately does not exist in many businesses nowadays. Thank you so much for having such a caring and helpful employee.
