Zions Bank isn't just a bank. We're part of your community, your next door neighbor, with 150 years of history behind every transaction and community investment. We offer access to ATMs throughout Utah, Idaho, and eight other states. We provide financial resources, wealth management solutions, mortgage services, and more. We deliver solutions from real people — people who haven't forgotten who keeps us in business.
We’ve been doing business with this branch for quite a while now, and Carson, Kathya, and Dominic consistently provide exceptional service. We frequently do many business transactions, and they always make the process smooth, professional, and efficient.
They’re knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to help us. It’s rare to find a team this consistently reliable and welcoming. We truly appreciate everything they do for us and look forward to continuing to work with them.
Highly recommend this branch and especially these three for their outstanding customer service.

Branch is great but card service, never got back to me on a fraud case. I kept calling no help.

Zions is probably one of the worst banks I have had to deal with. I’ve had better experiences at Wells Fargo and that’s not saying a lot.... The staff is incredibly rude (except maybe 2 employees overall). I was a loyal customer for many many years but was sick of being mistreated and the horrendous customer “service” I received yesterday was the last straw. I closed every single account with them. Good luck keeping bank members with staff like that!

This firm has ripped me off several times, the most recent being my deceased Mother’s account.
When she passed away, I initiated a probate proceeding and was appointed Personal Representative of her estate to settle all remaining matters. I approached this very location with all the necessary paperwork to reflect her passing and my authority to act on her behalf. They were fully aware she had passed. At this time, I told them I did not wish to close the account (BIG mistake) due to uncertainty of funds needed to settle other debts on her behalf. Once I had gotten her in the ground, sold her house in Florida and resolved everything else, I went back to close her account here. They explained to me there was nothing left due to dormant fee charges (along with OTHER charges) they had placed on her remaining funds. I told them they had all the necessary paperwork on file to show she had passed, and I had requested a freeze on the account upon my first visit and that I wished the charges to be reversed, the MANAGER became VERY rude with me and asked me to leave. I never even raised my voice.
I considered suing them but was still grieving.
I’m grateful for this platform to share this information.
