They are rude, inconsiderate, and speak to you like you're an idiot. I would rather drive twenty minutes to Payson than to go to this branch. I'm shocked with the terrible customer service.

I had a previous home equity loan with them for 10 years for 50,000.00. I guess they expire. Tried to reapply, and they denied my application! My credit score is 830. I have over 400,000.00 equity in my home. I have a rental with more equity. I have lots of assets. I am self-employed and have always had a hard time getting loans, but this is the first loan I have ever been denied. The whole process was lots of work, and now I am angry! The banker that did the loan got Zions to increase my personal credit card 10,000.00 per month, but I can't get anything on a home equity loan? Guess I am looking to find a new bank!
