I first opened my account in Colorado at the Bank of the San Juans about 10 years ago. I was delighted that they had a sister bank when I moved a few years ago to Idaho. Now I'm in Utah and there's a sister bank here too. I don't have to change anything except my address. Love it!

This branch looks out for their customers! When I was overcharged on my acct., the Branch Mgr looked out for me. We both worked it out together and my insurance credited my acct. back nearly $250!

I have had a bank account with First Community Bank of Utah for awhile, and have used a lot of Glacier Bank Corp affiliates in Colorado, Utah, Montana, Arizona, and Washington state. This branch manager was the rudest to me of any bank in my life. He came across mad. He tried to not let me make my point and talk down to me. He did not want to hear my explanation on problems with the app. I will not be going to this branch again. Overall the Glacier Bank Corp is great. I suggest to people do not bank at this branch but go to Clearfield Branch or the Layten Main Branch or the Altabank Branch a part of the Glacier Bank affiliate’s in Logan Utah where they treat you like a decent human being. Also if in the Kalispell area of Montana any branch there. Overall the Glacier Bank Corp is a 5 out 5, I just recommend do not bank at this branch.

Shelby was absolutely phenomenal in helping us finance our new home! She went above and beyond at every step and was the key to coordinating both a purchase and sell on the same day! 10/10 recommend using FCB and specifically Shelby for your financing needs

When I signed up for a new account, not only did they not help set me up with any kind of mobile banking. They also gave me a credit card with no tap. About two months later I had my paycheck inadvertently put into a different bank account without my knowledge Through my employer. So I was charging things to my First community account without knowing it and they were charging me $30 fee on every transaction. They decided to stop my card after $700 in overdraft fees. I met with the manager and tried to explain it to him. They gave me 90 of it back and kept the rest. I have never in 50 years of banking I’ve never banked with A worse organization than fFirst Community Bank.
