- AHAndrew Harvey1 day ago5.0I’ve been coming to this branch for 6 years, and LaNette Smolka is by far the best service associate I’ve ever worked with. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently goes out of her way to help. As long as LaNette is here, this will be my branch.

I have been banking with them for 15 years and this year when I have had a death in the family necessitating banking help all I heard was "no." US Bank was able to perform the tasks I needed help with immediately. When I needed to close accounts I was told I needed a lawyer but Wells Fargo did it for me immediately. Now trying to send a wire but told I need to be there in person. I'm looking for any other way to do this electronically as I am not able to present to a Zions Bank location in person, but they will not help. In good conscience I cannot recommend this Bank. They will not try to help or figure out solutions. They just say "no."

They pay attention to details and go out of their way to solve issues with money saving solutions. Manager is like old times, when the banker actually knew you. Couldn't be happier.
