  they got really really busy but stayed professional and kind. they continued to check in with everyone even when things weren't ready, just so we knew we weren't forgotten.

  I don't know when was the last time I've been in person and applied for loan bt when I was told to walk-in I was refused to walk in cos I hate been stuck for almost 2hrs just to do paper works bt today I was impressed to the service and I wasn't even wait for this long and I truly appreciated their service and I recommended this loan place cos not just to advertise to get customers but everything they said is true about bad or good credits they accepted it!   Desert Rock Capital are very easy to get messed up. I lost everything i had to start over. They never served me papers and sent a garnishment to take 25% out of my checks. I called them and spoke to Dennis and told him. Look, I am a single mother of 4 im sorry it has come to this, i never got served and i have a garnishment. can we lower the 25% so i can still make ends meet. He said that is really not my issue damn near, we dont care about your life and your kids well being and said we will let this ride out. Even when you try to work with them and make it right they still want to be disrespectful. Karma is a universal thing, and im jumping on the ban wagon with the lawsuits they have against them for never even serving me papers.

  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service and misleading advertising I recently encountered at your office. After receiving numerous solicitation calls from your company, I was eventually convinced to apply for a loan. This process required a significant investment of my time, including a one-hour drive to your location and an additional hour-long wait in your office. Despite your marketing materials clearly stating "Bankruptcy OK," my application was denied. My current financial situation is as follows: - I have successfully completed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing. - I am currently debt-free. - I have a stable job with a steady, verifiable income and the full capacity to repay a loan. If your company is unwilling to work with individuals who have a bankruptcy on their record, you should not list "Bankruptcy OK" as a primary feature of your services. Advertising this specifically to lure customers into a physical location, only to deny them based on that exact criteria, is deceptive and disrespectful of a consumer’s time. I expect more honesty and transparency from a financial institution. I hope you take this feedback seriously to prevent other customers from having their time wasted by false pretenses.
