  We are a small business and have been doing our banking at this location for years. Everyone is so willing to help out and resolve our banking issues that inevitably come up. There are some great people working there. Keep going back so you get to know them personally like me.

  Moving my business elsewhere—unacceptable treatment of local vendors ​I am officially ending my relationship with Zions Bank and will be performing a 100% withdrawal of my funds. I believe in supporting local businesses, but I cannot in good conscience bank with an institution that treats those very businesses with such blatant disrespect. ​Recently, the owner of a local company I frequent—a professional I personally do business with—attempted to cash a check I had written for products purchased. He was met with an incredible amount of arrogance and unprofessionalism, specifically from a Mr. Nick. ​When a business owner informs me that they were treated poorly while trying to process a payment I issued, it reflects poorly on my choice of bank. I want to partner with a financial institution that values the local community and treats everyone—from the account holder to the small business owner—with basic courtesy. ​Zions Bank clearly does not share those values. I’ll be taking my business to a bank that actually respects the local entrepreneurial spirit. ​Avoid this branch if you value professional service.

  As a local business owner coming to cash, one of my customers checks at the Zion bank. Over here has been one of the most dreadful experiences ever.Never have I ever not been able to cash a check because i didn't have 2 forms of identification. Mind. You, I have cash checks. At this bank before with my business banking card and my identification. But when I go into this particular bank, Mr. Tyler was helping me behind the counter young man. But then Mr. Nick came out completely arrogant, very sarcastic and pretty much told me the same thing. But in a more arrogant way never will I ever conduct business with this bank again?I have very high end customers that bank here and I will also be informing them of the situation.
