Zions Bank (North Salt Lake Branch) - We were on our way to the airport and were in a huge time pinch. I needed some cash from my account to pay for parking. Normally without proper documents etc., I would have expected a big hard no. In fact, I told my 11 year old as we walked in the door that we could try and see if the branch would offer a little grace and help us out. Long story short, the branch found a way to authenticate me and help with the transaction. What was even more valuable to me is that at the end of the day (4:55pm) I had the attention of 2 tellers and the branch manager in assisting with my problem. They could have easily declined and sent me on my way. Instead, they were kind, creative, and cheerfully able to help us. THANK YOU to Mariela, Victor, and Hailey! -You made the day so much easier and did it with a helpful smile and attitude. Keep it up - Your kindness will come back to you ten fold. P.S. The fact that you commented on my daughter's cute hair (as we had just been at the salon before coming to your branch) left her feeling adorable and ready to start 6th grade!
