I had a financial crisis some years back, and I was trying to get straight with my credit union by depositing an enormous check. The credit union would have had to put ahold on the funds for a week.Until the check cleared. They encourage me to go to Zion's bank to cash it and come back. I was hesitant because the only time I have cash to check with a bank was at Chase, and their fees are astronomical. Zions charged me $8, which is very reasonable in late stage , capitalism. The kid who cashed my check was really nice. Yes I'm old!

Seeking out a new location I found this one close to my house so I thought I'd give it a try. 2 days in as of today and I will NEVER return. Got told they limit my change request due to low delivery on change every week but yet the customer next to me whom was also a manager from another business making deposits got asked what change she needed?? The employee helping me was far from having money managing skills and my whole transaction that normally would take 10-15 min took me 40. These people treated me as a less than rather than an equal simply based on my appearance. Smiles and courteous to every other person in the building but I got treated like I was an inconvenience. I will not be returning to this branch and I would recommend any business owner to do the same.
