I didn't notice until I got home that they shorted me 300.00. I went back fully expecting to not get the money. The cashier didn't even question me. She just fixed everything. No question asked. She was amazing.

I get to the end and the what I think was the manager??? Said "There is a stop order on this, I have never seen this before. Here is a number to call to understand why this is happening." I do want to say, she was very nice and warm... So I called the number today and they said "We would never stop someone from opening a business bank account." So.... Just opening a business bank account here as been A NIGHTMARE. Not only that, when you try to call the branch, they have their calls forwarded. I am taking my business elsewhere now. I had positive experiences with the branch years ago in Provo, UT. This branch doesn't seem to have it together. They should have a solid SOP throughout EVERY branch because as it stands now, you call one branch and it's great... You call another, it's terrible.
