  I went to this branch after accruing almost $100 in fees after a subscription that I thought was cancelled on an old account ended up not being cancelled. I had a few questions, who wouldn’t with that much $ and wanted to make sure that the company had refunded my original charge that made the overdraft (like they said they would) and check on any owing fees I needed to pay. I worked with a man there at the teller station who needs more training on how to use the program and customer service. He kept telling me how he didn’t know the answer to my questions, and even said things like “I really couldn’t tell you.” “If you had reversed the charge with us and not the company I could tell you that” and “it’s really not this hard of a process if you reverse the charge with us.” SO rude. I could tell he was frustrated with the program and kept apologizing and telling me they recently switched programs and he couldn’t find anything......but he also took It out on me and two other customers in rude comments & a attitude. My suggestion to Zions Bank is train your employees on your new system and make sure they have the tools they need to succeed before putting them out on the floor. It’s not fair to them. Emily helped me at the tail end of this experience and was an absolute gem! She answered the same questions but politely and made sure I understood everything and had everything I needed. Awesome job!

  Honestly worst location I've ever been to. Zion's Bank as a whole is great and I've always had great customer service. The bank tellers are amazing (the only reason I didn't give this zero stars is for them!) so of you're withdrawing money it'll be fine, and you'll definitely have a great experience. However, DON'T go there on Saturday if you need to speak with a Banker. This woman was so rude to my husband and I and this is the 2nd time this has happened. I don't know if Saturday is just her off day or what, but best go to another location if you need to. I'm not sure about other bankers during normal business hours, but I would avoid Saturday.
