He walked me through a bunch of bank stuff I didn't get and, honestly, l left feeling like I made all the right decisions and had an ally if I needed one.

I totally understand waiting, but when I waited, in line alone, for over 30 minutes and then someone is helped who arrived after, that makes no sense. Staff appropriately for the needs of your business and take care of your clients in order of arrival, it’s simple business.
