  I come in to make a deposite with cash back with a deposit slips that states it must be signed for cash back. I have had several managers in the past as well as assistant managers tell me i only have to sign it and not the second receipt at all, but it never gets passed down to the tellers that either one needs to be signed and not both of them. True the bank has done away with deposit slips but I still use them especially since when you order checks they come with deposit slips no matter what which tells me that they are still used and should be treated as such with the signature on them as the cash back acknowledgement rather then having to sign a second one because it has 2 receipts that print out and told it has to be signed no matter what. Maybe they should have a place on the system that can be checked or marked that a deposit slip has been signed and used for deposit and cash back that only prints 1 receipt for costumers instead of 2 and make them sign a second time for the same thing again. Or maybe I am stupid and dumb and that a deposit slip with an account and everything listed on it is no longer acceptable and legal to use anymore and you have to tell them everything you want to do and THEY STILL RIGHT EVERYTHING DOWN ON PAPER before entering it in the computer. Last I heard a deposit slip is still legal and signature is still valid on it as receiving cash back and not having to sign a second receipt. Either train the employees with this knowledge of deposit slips being acceptable or put out a notice that deposit slips no matter where they come from (new checks ordered) are not acceptable and tell the check companies to stop printing them with the checks. I am sick and tired of EDUCATING THEM and HAVING TO HAVE THEM ASK THEY'RE MANAGERS ABOUT IT EVERY TIME i walk in with new tellers every 2 weeks. I doubt anything will come about this at all because they only want to know how you rate a person or the place and don't care what you say or even implement any suggestions at all and if you get a response back it is a generic response for every one. I guess it really isn't the costumers bank at all and will do things they're own way that they want it to be ran and force you to do it they're way no matter what. After all they got rid of deposit slips inside the bank why not get rid of them all together since you have to tell the teller what you want to do and hope they WRITE IT DOWN ON A PEICE OF PAPER TO REMEMBER CORRECTLY BEFORE PUTTING IT IN THE COMPUTER WHEN I WRITE IT DOWN AND HAND IT TO THEM, and yet it sais deposit slip on the paper and yet I still get asked what do I want to do with it when all the information is right there in front of them, not to mention having to tell them every time to include the balance on the receipt, which they will not do anymore unless you ask them to do so and even then they dont include that at all and then have to hand write it down on a separate paper. Again I am just a stupid idiot that knows nothing about making a deposit or anything else with my account at all. MAYBE I SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BANK THAT DOSN'T MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT DEPOSIT SLIPS OR WRITING CHECKS AND ACTUALLY TRAIN EMPLOYEES ABOUT DEPOSIT SLIPS BEING USED AND WHAT THE SIGNATURE ON THEM MEANS AND INDICATES AND NOT TOLD TO SIGN A SECOND TIME FOR THE SAME THING THAT THE DEPOSIT SLIPS SAIS UNDERNEATH ONES SIGNATURE! My hopes are not very high in them actually reading this nor actually implementing what has been suggested of doing and just leave it a big confussion on every one's part. They don't care about anything other then a rating.

  came in to drop off a deposit for my workplace. the employee in today with the black curly hair, glasses, and black polo was helpful and quick! i got back to my office within 20 minutes. thank you!
