- DZDarryl ZittingFeb 6, 20261.0I like Zions Bank but this branch has the worst customer service of any branch I have done business with. Very difficult to get anyone on the phone there. I walked in to do some banking and waited for a full 10 minutes while the teller shot the breeze with the customer in front of me about how their mom was doing. They had already completed their banking before I got in line behind them. This is not an isolated incident. Every time I go in there, I find several employees, one or zero other customers, and somehow I still wait forever for service.
