    Very unhelpful. While emailing Debra to get a loan I had to fill out the same paperwork twice and send everything in twice. In a span of two months I have tried to refinance my car loan. I would get no responses and have to follow up with her multiple times. I am going to stay with my current loan holder, America First. Unlike Debra at Holladay Bank & Trust they ALWAYS follow up and you never have to send anything twice.
