  Really loved Kathy, Shes really supported me when I needed it the most. With that being said, I dont use Brighton unless needed for my special needs child which is not an everyday transaction. Very seldom. I needed to cash my daughter's check and the teller said no. My account was closed in May and had reoccurring overdraft fees. Um..what? And that I cannot re open my account. Luckily there are other banks out there. Although I loved Kathy, we will just branch to other advanced banks.

  Do you ever wish you knew what it was like in the old days when people used to get to know their banker? They lived in the same community and knew about one another's lives and would look for ways to help each other. Building relationships and helping one another succeed is what community banking is all about. I have known Brent and Scott for many years. They care about their customers and want to help them succeed. Be aware that you may drop in here for a quick visit and end up trading stories for over an hour.
