  The only bank I know of that won’t cash a cashiers check from their bank. Now I remember why I don’t have an account with them. it felt like they didn’t want to do it because it was complicated or they didn’t know the procedure so they just said “it’s against policy.” I then called the call center and was able to speak with the check clearing department That told me the check should be good to be cashed. I asked if that representative would be willing to speak to the people in that branch and was told no that’s against policy. That representative offered to put in some feedback. I’m absolutely sure that I’ll get a call back when hell freezes over. A follow up on this story I noticed a canyon view credit union about a half block away from the Zion‘s location. I don’t have an account with them either, but it was worth a shot. Wanna ask the cashier about it her reply was let me verify the funds and we can go ahead and cash that for you. I was so happy with the service. I ended up opening a checking account savings account and a business account two of those with additional lines of credit. Who really puts up with banks anymore? You’re only their friend if you’ve got at least 20 million sitting in your account.

  I’ve had a consistently great experience with the team at the Highland Drive branch. Eric was exceptional in assisting me with creating a specific account and helping me meet the licensing requirements. He went above and beyond by providing the necessary documentation and letters on bank letterhead to help move the process along smoothly. He was proactive, knowledgeable, and truly worked hard to assist every step of the way. On another occasion, one of the tellers was incredibly helpful while assisting me with exchanging currency for international travel. They not only helped with what was available at the branch, but also took the time to provide information on where additional currency could be obtained and explored every option to assist me. The team genuinely works hard to provide an excellent service experience, and it’s very much appreciated. Great customer service is becoming harder to find, and this branch stands out.
