Eric was exceptional in assisting me with creating a specific account and helping me meet the licensing requirements. He went above and beyond by providing the necessary documentation and letters on bank letterhead to help move the process along smoothly. He was proactive, knowledgeable, and truly worked hard to assist every step of the way. On another occasion, one of the tellers was incredibly helpful while assisting me with exchanging currency for international travel. They not only helped with what was available at the branch, but also took the time to provide information on where additional currency could be obtained and explored every option to assist me. The team genuinely works hard to provide an excellent service experience, and it’s very much appreciated. Great customer service is becoming harder to find, and this branch stands out.
