- JSJEFF STUCKIJul 29, 20261.0Extremely disappointed and frustrated with Zions Bank. We recently ordered some coins through the bank and were charged a ridiculous $25 fee just to order the money. In all the years I’ve dealt with banks, I’ve never been charged $25 simply for ordering coin. What exactly are banks for if their customers can’t get basic banking services without being hit with outrageous fees? Charging $25 just to order coins is completely unreasonable and feels like nothing more than a way for the bank to make extra money off its customers. I understand that banks have expenses, but a $25 fee for something this simple is unacceptable. This experience has definitely changed the way I look at Zions Bank, and I will seriously reconsider doing business with a bank that treats its customers this way.
