They are both incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and they consistently go above and beyond to help me with my banking needs. What really makes this branch special is that Nancy and Adriana are both always so happy and cheerful. I always have a cheerful moment myself when I go into the branch and either of these two help me! I especially want to mention Adriana—she is always so kind and happy when I see her, and she is truly a very important part of this branch.   This location is great. I’ve worked with Adriana specifically for several years. She is incredible at her job and very personable as well. She should be the model standard to build the ideal bank employee.
