You can tell these employees truly enjoy helping people (Orlando, Jenni & Love) they ask how my day is going, they’re patient, and they make every visit feel easy. I’ve worked with a lot of banks over the years, and it’s rare to find three people who are consistently this welcoming. It honestly brightens my day every time I stop by. They treat you like a person, not just an account, and that kind of service is something you don’t forget. If you’re looking for a bank where the employees genuinely care, this is the place. They’re simply awesome.

Zelle transfers have an extremely low limit (also not disclosed at setup) and the Zelle transfers continue to be flagged as fraud. You're on hold FOREVER trying to reach an actual rep only to get no resolution
