  I just want to take a moment to brag on this branch. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with the kindest smiles and the friendliest attitudes. You can tell these employees truly enjoy helping people (Orlando, Jenni & Love) they ask how my day is going, they’re patient, and they make every visit feel easy. I’ve worked with a lot of banks over the years, and it’s rare to find three people who are consistently this welcoming. It honestly brightens my day every time I stop by. They treat you like a person, not just an account, and that kind of service is something you don’t forget. If you’re looking for a bank where the employees genuinely care, this is the place. They’re simply awesome.

  Horrible experience - opened a business account last month and it was never disclosed that you can't make transfers to an account outside of CUTX for 2 months which is absurd. Zelle transfers have an extremely low limit (also not disclosed at setup) and the Zelle transfers continue to be flagged as fraud. You're on hold FOREVER trying to reach an actual rep only to get no resolution

  Magdalena Marsh is the best around. I had a few hiccups to say the least when I wanted to refinance my truck, none of which were CUTX/Magdalena's fault. She was patient, kind, and went above and beyond to help me get this taken care of. If you need help, ask for Magdalena by name, you won't regret it. :)

  The branch itself is great especially better than when I first became a member almost a decade ago. The issue is with their affiliate leasing company Fairlease. I have tried twice now to get numbers on a lease whether it's via trade in or cash down and still don't have answers. Getting ahold of my contact was like a separate job on my part as they don't respond to emails or voicemails. To add to that, they also send out automated emails saying "your contact" has beening trying to get in touch with you please respond to this email or call back but no luck. I had to call the front desk at their Allen corporate office and have the front desk to track him down anytime I needed him to actually answer my calls. They just kept saying it's because they are so busy end of month but this continued to happen into the next week and a half into the next month. The first time I even inquired they told me someone would contact me and they never even called. Fool me once, fooled me twice.

  This has to be the best credit union anyone can be a member of. All employees are very friendly, kind, and helpful. The branch manager Monique Ramsey is the most wonderful human being I have ever met. I highly recommend going here for any financial needs, and definitely say hi to Monique. She will make your day!
