  The people are local friendly, that's a plus. The apps interactions are odd. It asked a security question that was never mine. Nick name as a child??? And of course any answer =wrong. And of course they are closed all of Saturday per the web site. Not convenient.

  Haven’t even had business accounts with them 2 months and I’m already looking for another bank to use. It’s been one problem after another with them. Can’t hardly use my debit card for my business without it being declined and having to call them to fix something on their end. I’m fed up.

  This use to be a fantastic bank. I could walk in deposit a check for 7K and no holds. Today they hold checks 7days. Also I used to text my loan officer details on a piece of equipment I want to buy and he could get me an answer in 15 minutes. Not now, now I can’t even get a call back. Closing my accounts this week had enough

  I've been with FNB for 35 years, I support the home town and they support me. Never problems only solutions! I still like to walk in and I plan to continue for my remaining years! It's a family tradition!

  I have an account through the bank and have been a member for a year. I applied for a loan. Don't have the best credit, but the loan was to get my son something for Christmas this year. It's the first year in going to have him on Christmas in four years. I was declined for the loan and after being told I was declined when I asked if there was any other options that I could try, the representative I was speaking to got extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. Definitely not satisfied with my service experience.
