- JPJune Pollard6 days ago1.0Where is the customer service ? No one answers the phone . You have to leave a message. This bank use to be top notch. It is sad that this is the way they run their business.
- RDRyan DowningAug 20, 20265.0I recently had to get copies of some past transactions and I walked into the bank to speak to a teller. I was helped by DK Dowell. He was super nice and answered my questions and got the ball rolling. The next week I got the copies I needed but two. Emailed him and in no time he had the copies to me. Easy Peasy! You have a good one who cares about his customers! Thanks DK! I know who to ask for when I need banking services!

And of course any answer =wrong. And of course they are closed all of Saturday per the web site. Not convenient.
