Jacqueline Wiggins, Branch Manager II, explained they were short staffed and I asked to make an appointment. She wanted to stand at the door and insist on reviewing my documents before setting an appointment. I asked her if we could go into her office as she was not assisting anyone, and I would show her my documents because it was unprofessional to look over my information standing at the door. She refused and stated that she wouldn’t make me an appointment without seeing my documents and stated that this is where they review documents before setting appointments. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. It’s clear to that I was not welcomed.
