  Strange, but true and...gross: Bailey took me over to her little cubicle as it was my first time there and I had an inquiry about an LLC account. Shockingly right in front of me she took a can of spray deodorant lifted up her shirt and sprayed each armpit with deodorant. No, she didn't flash me; she just lifted out her shirt rather and put the can of deodorant up under each arm as if it was a common occurrence or maybe it was her body language showing her inaccurate impression of me. Now, let me rewind about 3 minutes before that: it was my first time into the PNC Bank in Waco more than 10 years. I never had thought twice about that bank. As I entered the bank, one of the tellers asked if they could help me and I said I'm interested in opening up the business account with my LLC. They said oh you need to talk to one of the account specialist and they're over there. So right around the corner from the tellers were three people and then a fourth person who happened to be Bailey. I stood there for several minutes without being acknowledged. I was probably 15 ft from them and they were all laughing and cackling and telling jokes and when they got done and started to part their ways, they looked around and asked if they could help me. Bailey was the one that came over to me however instead of acting like a normal person and standing in front of me she kept walking past me to the right making me turn. I don't know if I'm making that clear but you're having a conversation with somebody typically they would be right in front of you so you can talk to them but she went past me to the point I couldn't see her and I had to turn my head finally had to turn towards her and I mentioned I was getting a quick in my neck jokingly... Then the deodorant aerosol can under the shirt armpit thing happened. If the owner is hiring people like this who are actually being recorded and is okay with them behaving in this abhorrent gross manner with new potential customers of the bank, what other horrible disgusting behind the scenes things are going on at PNC?

  Lady at the Valley Mills location that is supposed to answer the phone, terrible. When she does finally answer the phone it’s like talking to a wall with a couple barely useful signs on it mostly diverting you to a different information source. In this case you might as well just go full AI cause it would have been at least as helpful if not more and it wouldn’t cost you as much as the fast food employee that you’re trying to pass as a secretary or god forbid a bank teller, i hope not. You’re welcome for the new business model.

  I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Lamar Lee for a wrong charge on my account and he made it so simple! I’m so happy banking with them! I’ve had an account with them for awhile, but the genuine caring will make me spread the word to only be with PNC, but it started with Mr. Lee. Thank you so much!!!

Specifically, there is a recurring absence of the $2 bill. In a world of standard denominations, the $2 bill represents a certain level of preparedness and appreciation for the nuance of American currency. At this PNC location, that nuance is consistently missing. To ask for them is to look into a void; they are never on hand, as if the very concept of the "deuce" has been scrubbed from their reality. I will return for the efficiency of the drive-thru and ATM deposits, but I will do so knowing that the $2 bills remain a myth and the smiles remain locked in a vault to which I do not have the key.
