I can call her any time, she's always attentive to what I need and if she doesn't know the answer to my question she'll find it, no matter who she has to call. It's this kind of service that keeps me at Trust Texas bank, even though yall need more branches. She is always courteous and treats me like an old friend. You just cant get that at most banks. And that means a lot to me.

My parents needed account issues taken care of and Delissa did not hesitate to help. In total, we were there approx. 3 hours. Not only did we take up her time and possibly a break but she also stayed after closing hours to finish what was needed. We appreciate her customer service and she never rushed to get through it. Delissa is a great asset to Trust Texas.
