  Chris in the Finance department is Ah-mazinggg! This is my very first time getting an auto loan from CUTX, and he made this the most smooth sailing transaction ever. He had everything done in one day, kept me informed and up to date, and offered to assist me in the future should the need ever arise. He got me the best interest rate, with the very best, affordable warranty package. I have only financed cars with one company in the past, but because of Chris, CUTX will be my go-to from now on!   I recently refinanced my vehicle through this credit union, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Chris Kelley was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, answering questions and making everything simple and straightforward. He also recommended an extended warranty, and I’m glad I took his advice, it has already paid for itself. Great customer service and a smooth refinancing experience. Highly recommend!

  The team at the Lindale/Tyler branch are a pleasure to do business with. Always willing to help anyway they can. Nars and Chris are very professional and handled my recent transaction and made the process easy and quick. Will always recommend CUTX Lindale/Tyler branch to anyone that ask.
