Diana sat down with me and took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. She even showed me things I didn’t know were available to me as a member. She was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel like she cared about making sure I understood my options. You can tell Diana really knows her stuff and actually enjoys helping people. She went above and beyond what I expected, and honestly, TDECU needs more people like her. If she isn’t already in a leadership role, she definitely deserves a promotion! She’s the kind of person you want helping you when you walk into a branch.
