  Came here 10 minutes to close to open an account. My schedule makes it hard to get here before they close. Branch Manager Alisheia stayed until after 630 pm to help us. They close at 5. Dedicated to customer service. Always kind and greeting with a smile when you walk in. Clean area. Awesome bank.

  We came in here after a terrible banking experience with another bank that we had been with for 20 years. Friends had recommended PNC and that is why we came here. They weren’t wrong. Based on our experience at this particular branch with Gabby we can highly recommend PNC. She helped us open our accounts gave us wise counsel , and treated us as though we were parents that she deeply cared for. If you’re looking for a personal banking experience, this particular PNC branch is where you want to go and Gabby is who you want to help you. Thank you, Gabby!

  Everyone at this branch is always very helpful, patient, and kind whenever I go here. Never a problem, & banking itself with PNC has never been an issue.

  I had a great experience with Paula at this branch, she was wonderful, nice and very helpful. The bank as a whole is horrible. I initially setup an account online. Once it was setup and confirmed, I changed my direct deposit. They froze the account and it took weeks to get my paycheck since they wouldn't receive it. I went into the branch to finalize it and set it up. While in there I was offered a credit card as a "pre-approval" and applied. They had to get more info and have been reviewing it ever since with no answer over a month later. The ATM outside the bank has not work even one time that I have tried to use it, the thing is always broken and there is no ATM inside. Today I called to increase my transfer limit on my account. At every single bank I have ever interacted with before, you are always able to increase that. I tried to do so and they don't allow it. They are requiring me to do two separate transactions, which means...you guessed it, double the fees. I used their online "Call Me Back" feature and it never worked. I called them and spoke to an agent. I asked him about this and when he said they don't do that, I asked to speak with a manger to confirm. When I asked to speak with a manager, he said ok and then hung up on me. I am officially done, even though it is going to cost me time to have to setup a new account somewhere else and change over all of my direct deposit info. The customer service, outside of my experience with Paula, has just been incredibly poor. When it comes to a bank, you have to provide good customer experience.
