- CECarl Eaton3 days ago5.0My friend has been trying for over 5 years to get her ex husband account removed from her credit reports. After numerous attempts with the credit bureaus she finally sent a formal letter to TDECU and an employee named Ruth Ann Wathen investigated the issue and with the copy of letters I had included Ruth notified me that they would be removing this from my credit reports. Ruth Ann Wathen handled this matter in a few days after years of trying it is now gone. Great jon Ruth Ann Wathen keep up the great work.

- AAAaron AriasJul 17, 20261.0I had an appointment at 3:00 on Friday to setup a business account. I raced across town to make it to the appointment. When I arrived the teller told me the person that sets up the business accounts is not there and won’t be back all next week due to a family emergency. I hope her family is well. I am sorry that she had an emergency, but this is s business. They should have a backup plan. At the very least someone should have called me and told me don’t bother coming in. It was more than an inconvenience. It was a complete lack of respect for my time! The Texas City branch is always so slow. It takes forever to get in and out of there, but I have always been patient with them. They burned through my patience this time. I am done with TDECU. I will find another place for my business.
