I have filled a complaint on the PNC Bank web page. But this still will not solve the problem for the commercial account holder needing change for the business.

Zero closing fees and they paid for the appraisal. Rocket mortgage wanted $4k in closing and my local credit union wanted $3k. I shied away from a second mortgage due to the fees but PNC was a clear winner. I will always go PNC for future loan options.
