  How can I not say anything but good things about Mrs.Melanie and Mrs.Ruby they have been there for me time and time again they are very courtesy and professional even when they call me to let me know I need to make a payment and I have been doing business for quite awhile I give them both a 100 and a raise. The service has been excellent, and everyone has been so helpful, professional, and patient in answering my questions and guiding me through each step. I truly appreciate how responsive and supportive they have been. It has made the entire process much easier and less stressful. Thank you for providing such outstanding service!

  This is One PLACE, Friendly Loans that I have always been able to make one phone call and everything is done upon my arrival. My loan is what I want and what I can afford. I can’t tell you how many times I have taken out a loan in both Ruby and Melanie Have both been amazing and walking me through every detail couldn’t ask for a better group of women. They are the best.

  I’ve been with Friendly for years now and I would highly recommend them. I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience from start to finish. I always feel welcome as soon as I walk in the door. It’s such a great environment and I’ve never had a bad experience. Melanie and Ruby are absolutely amazing woman and always very sweet and professional.

  The customer service is unmatched. No matter what kind of day I am having, when I walk through those doors, I am greeted so warmly with an abundance of kindness. It automatically brings a smile to my face. They never make you feel less than when you face a hardship. They work it out in not only the business best interest but ours as a customer. Please know you have jewels in there and in your best interest, don’t change a thing.
