  I had an outstanding experience at TDECU in Sugar Land thanks to Chardonnay Campbell. After spending days visiting different banks and not finding the level of service I needed, I was honestly frustrated. That completely changed when I walked into TDECU. Chardonnay went above and beyond to help me, she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what I was looking for. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I finally felt like I was getting the kind of service every customer hopes for. This was easily the best banking experience I’ve had. If you’re looking for exceptional service, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Chardonnay. She’s amazing!

  The personnel at the Sugar Land location are always courteous and professional and the manager, Joe, goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. Keep up the good work TDECU!

  Thank you Mr. Joe Ramirez, I am 83 years old. On 4/29/2026, I received an accusatory phone call from somebody from TDECU, informing me that my ONEX credit card was delinquent, I informed her that my credit card was canceled in December of 2025 due to technical issues on the part of the credit card. I was unable to access the card, it was frozen, also I did report to Tray assistant manager at Siana location, he escalated the issue with IT department, also I personally made several calls, to no avail. I finally called Mr. Ramirez in Sugar land for his assistance. After rewiring the history of the card payments, he resolved the problem at no time! Mr. Ramirez is an Excellent and Awesome human being and exceptional TDECU banker. He is a very humble human being, unselfishly goes over and beyond to take the time to resolve the issues in question. Words cannot express his professional and personal approach to my concerns. HE is excellent listener, caring, kindness, thoughtfulness, highly professional, respectful, unusually patients, also, very efficient, and effective. Mr. Ramirez is a very humble human being, unselfishly goes over and beyond to take the time to listen to all my issues and eager to help me, and answer all my questions. What caught my attention was his utmost professional effectiveness, efficiency and capability to sort out everything he heard and concentrate on my immediate concern. Mr. Ramirez is an excellent representative and employee with TDECU! He cares about me as if I was a precious member of TDECU. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
