My last time at this location. The teller is super super super slow like a sloth with respect. If you in a hurry please do not come to this location. You’ll have nothing done. Withdrawal cash will take about 30-40 mins. Please fire and rehire another teller. Bad business

Gretchen Gonzales. What an amazing partner and actually the branch manager. We needed to get a safe deposit box and there were none available in Sugar Land. Ms Gonzales reached out to Ty at PNC Memorial and Dairy Ashford and we made an appointment with them. Thank you so much Ms. Gonzales. If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. Today after waiting over 10 minutes in the drive through I was made to go inside to cash my check because I’m not a account holder, when I have done this multiple times before with 2 Id verifications. When asked what is the purpose of me going in the response is it’s the manager in charges decision. So then I get to wait another 20 minutes. I was there from 1:15 to 1:45. They need to hire more employees and fire the lady just standing around doing nothing by the teller canisters. Worst customer service ever and everyone is slow.
